01 General Introduction

03 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts may be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide your correct name, phone number, date of birth, and contact details. 7betd reserves the right to close an account if false or inaccurate information is provided, and the balance may not be returned in such cases.

3.3 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

3.4 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time through support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7betd accepts transactions only through the following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — the mobile financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Upay — UCB's mobile payment platform.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. In some cases, the verification process may cause a slight delay.

4.4 Transaction Conditions

Deposited funds will be returned only to the same account from which they were sent. Funds are not sent to third-party accounts. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

7betd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — total balance will be ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw earnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount).

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 (৳1,000 × 10) in wagers before withdrawing the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If any fraudulent activity, multiple accounts, or unusual betting patterns are found with the intent of obtaining bonuses, the bonus may be cancelled and the associated account may be suspended.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus promotion has a specific validity period. Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after the expiry date.

06 VIP Program

7betd's VIP program has three tiers, providing weekly cashback benefits for active players:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 1.0% cashback per week.

A member can advance to a higher VIP tier through continued active participation. VIP cashback is generally credited to the account at a set time each week. Eligibility for and the amount of benefits remains at 7betd's discretion.

07 Game Rules and Prohibited Activities

7.1 Fair Play Policy

7betd is a fair play platform. All games are conducted fairly and transparently. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through manipulation, fraud, or software-based strategies is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Playing using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform's system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs during a game, the relevant round may be cancelled and the wagered amount will be refunded. Any winnings obtained by exploiting a technical error will be considered invalid.

08 Privacy and Data Protection
